A flat head screwdriver, VERY gently turned will tune it up. Each pot is good for that note on all octaves. Do not force the pot if you decide to tune it, they are brittle and will break. They can be fixed , but it's a bit of a process. If you check the tuning and it's close, leave it for the buyer. Better they break it than you, of course.
