it should be safe, but if concerned, just go to adobe.com and
do it manually. sometimes these updates annoyances get in the
way of 'normal' functionality [though they shouldn't...]
it's probably an add on the yahoo page that's triggering the update.
so many ads are in flash now... it's unreal.
