Yeah, the SACD version of “The Word” has got the tron more upfront.Been trying to figure it out, difficult.Sounds really nice though.

Maybe there’s some bootleg version which has got just the tronpart, without Edge’s pottery

Hey Hessel-

   There is a very low mellotron played on the poem "The Word" (which is better revealed on the SACD extras, and is probably 3-violins), is this what you refer to?  Or are you talking about the 'tron in "Om"?  That mystifies me, too.  Maybe it's 3-violins with a bass organ.

Just curious,has anyone on this list ever been able to sus out and recreate ( more or less ) what Pinder is playing on 'The Word' from ISOTLC? Don't think it's just random noodling,nor that he lost the chord sheet : )
