   Hey, we know the 'cello is a recent recording.  But, when were the Sad Strings originally recorded?  What strings were used?

We have blended some sounds to create a smooth string section with good tuning and balanced feel.  It has Sad Strings at the top, Triple Cello higher octaves in the middle and Triple Cello lower octaves in the bass.  Mike Dickson, the demon Scot has recorded a six track demo using Vaughan Williams's Tallis Fantasia score and detuning his tron for the extra low notes.  It sounds stunning and will be up on the Tape Library site very shortly.  Comments welcome.
