I have two.

1. 'Changes' by Black Sabbath. Not only in the Mellotron wobbling all
over the place, it's about 1/4 second of time, as thought player was
falling asleep. The 'rumpty-tum' flourish on the piano makes me laugh,
however. A lot.

2. 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' by Johnny Cash with Fiona Apple.
Mellotron (or samples) are played bone dry, out of tune and (worst of
all) are accompanied by Ms Apple clearly trying to make up harmonies on
the spot with results that could charitably be described as catastrophic.

No doubt my positive disposition and sunny nature will be able to think
up some more.
