Your list is more or less the things I'd noticed, plus a couple I'd
missed. At least you have convinced me I'm not actually going mad as i
at first feared - you've also saved me the bother of digging out my
original vinyl copy, and playing it side-by-side with the CD.

Interesting snippet about the This Is The Moody Blues double
compilation album (from about 1975 I believe?). A friend of mine
bought a copy when it was first released and I actually preferred some
of those mixes to the originals. For many years it was only available
on vinyl.
