Hello all Mellotron lovers,

I may sell my Mellotron MKii or my M400. Won’t sell both, one is enough ;-) I’m based in Belgium and of course local pickup only.

M400: bought it in Germany, restaured by Klaus Hoffman. It works as it should for a M400 and some wear on the case but overall quite good condition. About tape frame, you could chose between: femelle choir/boys choir/male choir or flute/violins/choir or flute/violins/cello (will checked the exact name of the sounds of there’s some interest). It has the new controller card with half speed mod. Serial number is 1234, so it’s the first of the « new designed » of the m400. (Not a big deal but Martin found it funny to get that one.)

MKii: the beast is not working but it could be if you have time, skills or better money to ask Martin to do it for you. 

I’m not a MKii expert but here.s what I’ve noticed:

• back pannel is missing but that’s the easiest problem to solve.
• A lot of dings and marks but overall in not so bad condition for its age.
• One of the transistor power amp is missing: not a big deal as it could be redone.
• A lot of dust on the back because of being stored without back panel but everything could be clean quite easily. I could do it if you want me too. 
• As expected it needs new tapes as one at least is cut.

I also have an original case for tape frame with a tape frame I could sell.
