Sadly, I generally don't use either when going into the computer. All my processing to date has been in the box. Occasionally, I'll run it through my little ART Tubecomp (best $209 I ever spent) for a darker character. Once in a while it'll go through a guitar amp, and I have yet to dump it into my leslie cabinet
I am contemplating the next phase of my home studio, which will include at least one analog high end channel strip. This will allow me to shape all the analog goodies. My one real desire for the tron is to have a high pass filter and some nice EQ going in. The tron output is hot so I would need something with a pad as well.
There are a lot of good options for channel strips out there, including those that feature tube as well as solid state circuits in the same unit.

Do you use a tube preamp or EQ on your M400/MkV? I'm considering one or both for my M400.
