I’ve just received an e-mail from our much-missed Jon Salley’s neighbour, Monte. As things stand, I’m none the wiser regarding the circumstances surrounding Jon’s death, but it seems Monte took charge of all his gear. He’s keeping a couple of things and has sold others, but he still has Jon’s Mellotrons, an M400 and the black ‘Morazotron’ MkV.
