I'm unfamiliar with K3B, but I have used IMGBURN and it works fine. (I even downloaded the BIN file from the web site again to make sure it works) Can't you get that running under WINE?
The web site states that
'the file is about 800Mb and will require an 80 minute CDR', which is true. The entire CD runs to 79:40. You do
not require a 90 min CD.

Btw, re. the update on your web page, an 80 min CD is only 700 MB. I think you meant a 90 Min CD which is 800 MB.
