I like Ivor Cutler too. The first time I learned of him was when I purchased Robert Wyatt's "Rock Bottom" album many years ago and he is credited playing Baritone Concertina, Keyboards, and Vocals.
It is common knowledge that The Beatles were fond of him and he is amongst the cast of their Magical Mystery Tour film. They were fond of The Bonzo Dog Band too and they perform near the end of that film.
