I was reading Steve Job's biography. The part where he is deciding to build factories in China to build apple computers really pissed me off.
Then when he was choosing the glass for the IPhone and IPad his associate told him about a new glass by Corning (made in the USA). He had to be convinced to go with that company.
Its the same with just about everything. Parts built through outsourcing, and assembled in the US.
