In fact "Take That" have used tron flutes on a couple of theirs recent hits, so I wouldn't be surprised if the source for these were the Memotron.

Indeed, Mk2 flutes seem to be on everything atm, including the new "Kracked Earth" album so I hear... Teehee! (shameless plug).

Subject: [newmellotrongroup] Gary Barlow?

My eyes could have been deceiving me, but Mel and I watched last night's Graham Norton Show from BBC 1 on which Gary Barlow (formerly of Take That) and Will Smith (formerly funny) duetted on the latter's rap of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air...with Barlow playing the Memotron on his knees.

Like I say...my eyes could have been deceiving me.
