I'd be interested in knowing the exact settings on his Hammond. He seemslike a "preset guy", so I wonder if the majority of Hammondsounds were obtained by using the tabs, rather than drawbars?

I also use an Ebow.  I love using it on a Strat single coil or p90at the neck.  In addition to dripping tape echo, I also run througha roto vibe pedal.

I am a junkie with E-bow.  Most of the time I use it while playingslide and with gobs of echo.  Luscious!  I had great hopes ofusing it with a Coral sitar, but the buzz bar prevented the strings fromvibrating...I was looking for infinite sitar drone, then playing it witha slide...somebody stop me!

Hackett often used an EBow for long, sustaining notes.

One tone Iâ€Ã¢â‚¬™ve never been able to get is Hackett’stone tone on “I Know What I Likeâ€Â from the She Seconds Out album. He has some ultra compressed sustained fuzz that is amazing. Any guitarplayers here ever been able to get close to this?
