Maybe Errol Garner, and most definitely Oscar Peterson. Although when you are up at that level, it’s like you say Jesus, I say Mohammed. Room for more than one for sure. Not to say that the Monk is not sitting right up there with them. I will have to spend a little more time with his stuff.
