isn't music, or art in general, "self indulgent", to one level or another? :-)

A friend once said that "art (or artists) are the slag of society".
The friend who said that is a lawyer.

At any rate, I like all kinds of "art".

Sometimes I wish I could have made a living as some kind of artist... (the grass is greener...) but I ended up as some kind of engineer... ;/ :) I wonder how many artists contemplate, or dare I say dream, what it would be like to be an engineer?

...hang on minute, the Wright brothers, T. Edison and B.Moog did some interesting things...(just to name a few) ;o) lets see, where were we?
