Oooh.. gotta love Lucas stuff. Especially those electro-mechanical regulator boxes. I once had a cat called Lucas MagDyno. Actually most old Lucas gear is great if looked after and my 1950 BSA has an unrebuilt 54-ish magneto that still works superbly.

There you go, if you aren’t making a museum artifact there are lots of choices.  I would guess that the originals will disintegrate under our fingers eventually just like my ARP, EML controls.
