It's been a few years since I've laced a frame, and it was a pretty old one. I vaguely remember loosening 2 bolts at each end of the existing tape, taping one end of a new tape to one end of the existing tape, letting the frame springs drag the new tape through the tape path, then re-tightening the bolts. The process is a little fuzzy in my mind, though. I'll be lacing one of the newer Streetly frames within a couple of weeks. Is there any better way to lace the new frames? I don't have one of those secret lacing tools I've heard so much about.
