I am looking for an original Mellotron from the 60's and I am willing to pay top dollar for the right one. It will be a gift for a very special someone.
I have been doing some research. May be someone on this group may help me find it or is willing to sell. These are my conditions.
1) It has to be in top shape.
2) Not a barn garbage or not working unit or partially working keyboard.
3) In 100 % ORIGINAL condition. No a "Streetly serviced" or refurbished unit or any crap like that.
4) If possible, I would like to have also original sets of recordings with the keyboard.
5) I don't mind the model as the previous 4 conditions are there.
Please send me some pictures or video to my email and the price you are looking for. I will be in touch with you within a week.
Thank you. Have a great day.
JamieHi, knobhead -1. Your quest is futile. You may as well look for a 1960 Ford Zodiac that hasn't been run, serviced, or had any spare parts since 1965 and yet which can still start, let alone anything else. You don't understand the instrument you are trying to buy. Good news for the seller, bad news for you.2. Streetly don't produce 'crap'. Maybe you aren't aware of this, but what they do is keep instruments that are over forty years old in perfect working order.3. You're an arsehole.Mike
