They usually use screws... I saved my G101 crate as I will probably sell one of mine soon.  Te cost was close to $500 insured....

I have used them several times to ship Mellotrons. Most recently a Mark II from San Diego to Virginia. Worth every dime! I have never had anything but excellent results. Tell them to screw the crate together. Then you can disassemble is and use it again if necessary.
