I still populate boards for those of you who need it, no time for complete units any more and I have no more TDA1022 chips.  I need some/

I've built up seven JH Tri Chorus thus far, only one for myself though.  It one of the few DIY items along with LDR Krautrock phaser that I have built for people on this list. Three were built as stomp boxes for one of us who collects and plays string synths and organs.

The surface mount bypass caps scares a lot of builders off but you can tack normal ceramics on the board.

JH build docs are fairly complete, especially wiring, with many version options and standalone or modular options for most of his items. There are no mistakes in his build docs.

I usually order straight off the Bill of Materials from Mouser or Reichelt along with specialty vendors for uncommon or unobtanium.

When do I buy Bridechamber kits I usually ask Scott to leave out the resistors and caps, I don't use tantalum or x07 caps or resistors over 1%.

Bridechamber has panels for most things and more pcbs than anyone else in one place in the west, Elby is your source in australia and the east. Both vendors are gentleman and will do their best for you.

Dragonflyalley.com is a huge work in progress and if you are not a regular builder can be a great resource. What is cool about it is it is a father son thing that spancs the differences between them, just the greatst guys Will and Bill.

Well, if you have the ear chops of Tronsaver Frank, you don’t need no stinkin’ scope, but for me a scope is needed .like I said, the Bridechamber kit is really geared for MOTM. If I ever get around to finishing that module, I think I will just drop the MOTM version in my setup and get the converter from Synth.com. The PCB from Haible is first-class btw, and he was as helpful as could be…….damn, now you’ve done it – I will have to go and finish the bloody thing!
