What part of NJ? I am hunkered down in Kinnelon. Rain gauge says almost 7 inches of rain in last 24 hours and it really hasn’t even started.

3:45PM and the rain is coming down with a blustry roar …. in sheets ….sideways!
My back backyard is a mess and two small dazed water logged sparrows have taken refuge up under the overhang on my back porch…pitiful sight.
Power has gone off three times….but forunately it is backon.
Several blocks up the first big tree has come down…50/50 chance of hitting the house… and this guy was lucky…
How are you other east coast guys faring?
