Greetings Dear Martin,
I get well-mannered emails from Nigeria all the time. My replies are generally not so well-mannered. But I think that the art of writing has deteriorated immensely since the advent of texting.
If you have a MkII for sale, I hope it goes to a classy person like one of us.

People want our help but can't couch it with any grace or politeness. This person can get well and truly stuffed. So, to my esteemed US friends, what do you think?
