Mine ears say also the MkII church organ sound (never have known what its proper name is) and MkII brass.
When my band does it live I take MkII violins, singing, and flute. I make the other saxophonist (who is deathly afraid of performing on keyboards unfortunately) play the organ sound and violins when I'm playing flute. We skip the brass, it actually isn't all that necessary to the sound of the tune.
