I just want to know how you put the cool circles over the letter when you write.
The Swedish government gives every citizen a supply of them on the first of the year. Usually it's enough, but sometimes you can run out and have to apply for more, which apparently takes a long time and requires a lot of paperwork. It's a national disgrace, actually.
