Hey hey,

I have been both to Markus place and listened to the original master tapes of the 3 violins sounds as well as been to Pea Hicks house and listened to the original recordings of the String sound and, no it isnt the same sound.

In the Pea Hicks video when he's demo'ing the Orchestron, the violins disc sounds a lot like they sampled Mellotron violins too me. I thought I read long ago that Vako used a Mellotron to make some of the discs.
