Glad the rollers are working. Don't understand why the keys are hitting the lid now as the rollers will make no difference. The correct setting for the key back tension is to tighten the backnut until the keys just touch the bar and then add 1/8th turn only. Do not screw the backnuts down tightly.
Re the M5000, we are having a progress meeting early next week to see where we are and I will then call you. We have made good progress but we are way behind as this year has been difficult for all involved just trying to stay ahead of the badtimes. Neither us nor Norm have been able to dedicate the time in an effort to keep the money flowing. We are so close it's frustrating!
