Thanks for the welcome back, folks!

Sodomized by whores?  That's not much of a hazing....

The finish on ol' #376 is a tragedy.  Apparently the Beatlemania touring guys would paint it with rollers every few shows to keep it white.  So there are quite a few layers of paint covering the usual scrapes and gouges from load-in/load-out.  It'll take some doing. It's also footless, which is frustrating.  But it does play pretty well, though it'll better when I give it the standard tuneup.  Even in it's current state, it's far more encouraging than my old EMI.  At least the keys are straight.

Welcome back, Jack! Did Clay tell you about the beer thing? We're having this get-together and the new guy has to...

It's a Canadian tradition. Don't worry about it. Rick had to do it and he's perfectly okay. Well. Moderately.

You say that your 'new' Tron has a 'weather-worn' finish? How bad? I actually find that 'been around the block' look quite appealing.

Which brings as back to Rick.
