[>] Hi,
Well, the faulty voice is supposed to act up every 8th key pressed, right?
Check if this happens in EVERY patch. Anyway, it may be:
- One (or both) dead oscillator(s): quite unlikely, at least ONE should be
working.
- One dead envelope
- One dead filter
- One voice just needing calibration
- One voice completely dead, fried, gone
- A simple loose cable (very unlikely, Jupiters are very well built)
- Bad solder joints
- One dead VCA (I once had problems with one BA662A, maybe you will have to
replace one too).
It´s quite hard to find out what´s wrong without some basic tests... like
checking voltages in the faulty voice board, just to begin with. Jupiters
are packed full with 4000 or so components, they are very complex
instruments...
All my best, and good luck,
