A couple of my favorite combinations I'm using are:
01/W & MKS-50 - with the 01 on a ROM sound mimicking a real instrument and the
MKS trying to emulate the same thing, such as trumpets or solo violins.
AN1x & MKS-50 - use two analog sounds either similar or different... it's really
a full palette.
That Juno sound with it's full analog spectrum puts the icing on the cake.
One fun trick is to set the portamento speed slightly different on the AN1x and
then map it to velocity via the matrix so it varies constantly around the
MKS-50. Very, very nice strangeness.
