You could check out the Roland KC series amps. They may have one in
your price range and do have multiple inputs. They are not tube amps
though so for the harmonica you may need a tube pre-amp of some sort.

I use a roland KC100 for my An1x, Alesis Micron, and accordion. The
only thing I don't like is that I sometimes wished it were a tube amp.
I'm hoping to get a tube pre-amp sometime though to solve that problem.
