No, and I'd bet Music Quest has it's own file format - just as Galaxy
and Unisyn and SoundDiver did too.
I ran the demo at some point and had an issue with the responsiveness
of MQ.

Check some of the older archive and you'll find plenty of .mid
and .syx files. Also, AN1xEdit has an export command which you can
use to convert those .an1 files to .mid
