Have you got the out of the AN connected to the in of the VK and the thru of
the VK connected to the in of the AN?
If so it should work, providing your cables are OK, if not that's why.

AN1x-list@yahoogroups.comSubject: [AN1x] MIDI questions
I'm trying to run the AN1X and the Vintage Keys so channel 1 is the
Vintage Keys, Channel 2 is the AN1x. I was successful doing this but
I don't remember how I did it. I took the rig apart to play at a
rehearsal. I didn't touch any of the settings. I was no longer able
to switch between machines by changing the transmit channel. The MIDI
cables are fine, everything was turned up etc. I have the synth set
to recieve both scene 1 and 2 on channel 2. I'm transmitting on
channel 2.I have the Local turned off. No sound.I can't find anything
else that's MIDI related on the synth. What am I doing wrong?
The guitarist in the band is a bit of an engineer. We did some
thorough trouble shooting of cables etc. It seems a parameter in the
Vintage Keys or in the AN1X needs to be changed but I gave up after
half an hour.
Shouldn't this be pretty basic?
Thanks
Jimmy
