For ex.:
port 1 --> midi in 1st instr. midi through --> midi in 2nd midi trough -->
midi in 3rd midi trough --> midi in fx1
port 2 --> midi in 4th instr. midi through --> midi in 5th midi trough -->
midi in 6th midi trough --> midi in fx1
Controller keyboard 1 --> midi in pc or midi device1
Controller keyboard 2 --> midi in device2
Make sure to have the right receive channels at your FX's , synth's or
sampler.
If you want to send sysex check the midi filter of cubase (xysex off is
standard configuration -cubase-)
Check also the active midi in channels of cubase.
