I suggest you reduce the Filter EG value. Using such a large value for Depth is limiting
the range of movement for the Cutoff from a large initial value as 65. Try the
following to better understand how the Depth value and Cutoff interact:

VCF Cutoff = 0
FEG Depth = 0
-- now sweep the filter cutoff manually from 0-127. You should hear a dramatic
change in the FC?

VCF Cutoff = 0
FEG Depth = +127
-- now sweep the filter cutoff manually from 0-127, don't here any change do you?
Wide open all the time. Now try this:

VCF Cutoff = 0
FEG Depth = -127
-- now sweep the filter cutoff manually from 0-127. Just a little bit of change when
you hit the peak level for the Cutoff value.

Now try the above again but this time adjust the Depth setting between negative and
positive values. You'll soon appreciate how the Depth setting affects the shape of the
filter ADSR enevelope generator.
