Hi, i've been on this list for a while now and have found it very
interesting and informative.
I have had my AN200 for about a year now and certainly couldn't be
without it!
However I was beginning to find that what with it only being VA, i
started to crave the sound of a real analogue and had a quick look on
ebay.
Within a week or so, i had bought a Roland Alpha Juno 1 (which
admittedly is only half analogue) and fell completely in love with the
almost limitless bottom end of the thing.
My point is this, though, that once the Juno has come out the other
end of my Kaoss Pad loaded with strange flanged reverb, or whatever,
it doesn't sound much different from the AN. And certainly the AN is a
far more versatile beast than the Juno will ever be.
My AN200 has pride of place in my setup and has provided me with
pretty much everything i need.I just wish the drum samples were a bit
more useful!

P.s, does anyone use the the AN200 as a groovebox, because i don't
think i have ever found the need to listen to or use the patterns??
