I've review our Group Settings and see no global option to prevent HTML. We made a
decision _years_ ago to prevent attachments as too many individuals were
unitentionally passing along the latest viruses. The list archives have long sinc ebeen
cleaned up.
The majority of items in the Files section, i.e., .zip and .sit archives, have been
screened at one point or another on my MAc - where cross platform Mac/Win viruses
are seldom seen ;-) or on my a Norton equipped machine.
