The AN1x does not transmit MIDI Clock or anyother timing synchronization protocol therefore, there is nothing to disable.
Please see my earlier reply in this thread. The signal you are monitoring is simply the Active Sensing transmited from the AN1x. This is not a problem and it cannot be disabled.
