Yes sir ;-)

I'm crazy for the Virus C (and my wife has signed off on the idea too ;-) and I did
check out the NL3 - a/b'ed it with the NL2 and was quite surprised how different they
sound. I've always enjoyed the NL2 sound - and love the UI - but there's not a lot
there in the way of LFO's and Envelopes that the AN1x doesn't offer too. The NL3 is
definitely a step forward in programmability from the NL2 but to my ears the sound is
much more 'metalic' - it seems suited to FM and Ring Mod type sounds. NovaMusik
still offers the Nord MicroMod on blowout for $299 but I honestly can't recall how
similar, or not, to the NL2 it sounds as it's been so long since I played one (must be
about two years now.)
I spent about 30 min. playing a Moog Voyager - what a pleasure that was but beyond
my means I'm afraid. BTW, did anybody catch Bob Moog on 'the Screen Savers' this
past week?
The ION is nice but I've more than enough 'classic' emulations for my tastes - not too
hung up on that to begin with. Glad Alesis is getting past the q/a issues. Did you
know UGO bought an Evolver? Aren't you using one of those?

Things are going well - we need to hook up some time soon. Been holding to the
workout routine between Golds and the gym at work - still running at least three or
four times a week, how about you?
