Give it a few days before you resort to initialising the keyboard.
It's only that one patch so I would guess there's something wrong
with the patch not with the board. Therefore initialising will get
rid of the patch but not fix the problem.

More things to look at. Go through the whole matrix mod 1-16 and see
if anything is modulating the volume. Check the free eg see if
anything there is modulating the volume. Check your patch, go through
the amplitude section. Is anything modulating the volume? What's the
velocity set to? Is the pitch envelpe dropping the pitch too low? Is
something modulating the filter cutoff too much so there's no sound?

Someimtes when patches get messed up, leaving the keyboard alone for
a day or two and then coming back lets you see the problem in a
different light.
