No, you would have to filter the aftertouch externally. Cubase should have a means to filter the aftertouch from the recording -- although, probably not from live use. There are other software means of filtering things out. If you need live support, MIDI Solutions makes a device called the Router that can filter information out of the data stream (or send it somewhere else). Check my website for details.
