FWIW, the Yamaha FC-7 is one of the best volume pedals ever made. Korg uses it (with Korg logo, of course) on their BX-3 and CX-3 organs, and I've converted several for Roland users because they like them better than the Roland equivalents. I have one FC-7 that I bought in 1986 that is still going strong.
