Jimmy,
Slow down. You have a couple of issue here.
1st, you need to spend some time getting comfortable with
AN1xEdit and doing some mundance file management.
As you already know, AN1xEdit is an Editor/Librarian - you may
compile a bank of up to 128 AN1x Voices (programs) into one
file. Save this file with a decriptive name (like rj_bank1.an1 or
rj_ethinc.an1) from within AN1xEdit - including the .an1 suffix
makes it easy to identify the file type on any platform.
It's often a good idea to include some descriptive text in your file -
such as programming notes or contact info. You can use the
Comments field in AN1xEdit for for this purpose.
I'm uncertain how it came about, but right now you appear to
have duplicated identical banks of AN1x Voices under seperate
file names within your .zip archives. If I were you, I'd take time to
sort through your files - perhaps creating an 'AN1x Documents'
folder within your 'My Documents' directory just so you can
centralize all your compressed and uncompressed AN1x files
into one location.
2nd, whether you create a compressed archive using WinZip,
Stuffit Deluxe, or the built in compression tools under WinXP -
the simplest thing to do is create a stand alone Folder (directory)
that you intend to compress and upload.
Work from copies of your primary .an1 files and compile as many
as you chose into the Folder you created. Compress the Folder
(directory) with a descriptive name and make certain to use the
.zip suffix. This should be the file you upload. You might take a
minute to uncompress your file and review the contents before
uploading just to satisfy yourself that all is as you intend it to be.

archives in the FIles section

While many users like to have files sorted by Type (Leads, Pads,
Bass, etc.) the majority on this list have made it clear they prefer
entire archives of MANY sounds simply to save time with file
uploads and downloads. As a compromise, we've tried to do a
little of both - I'll typically leave everybody's files as they were
uploaded and once a year compile an archive with a html file
describing te contents.
