The AN1x isn't ideally suited to Hammond simulation, but it has most of the essential parts to do a passable emulation of simple drawbar settings like 88 8000 000 with percussion and 88 8800 000. You need to use Dual mode to get four oscillators, and set the Edge control somewhere around 0-20 to get an approximation of a sine wave with subtle overtones. I'm not sure whether the sawtooth or square wave will work better; try them both. The rest of the information about Hammond simulation (frequency relationships, percussion envelopes, etc.) applies once you reach that point.
Check the archives for discussions about using the AN1x for combo organ sounds. I know this topic came up about a year ago.
Regards,
-BW
