That's a bit of a stretch for me. I've never found patch randomizers
to be of more than marginal use. I'd rather just program the sound
then sit there hitting enter in the hope something useful might turn
up.

While I too am a long time Mac enthusiast, please keep in mind this
list is not platform specific - and the Genetix author was/is a
