I am in college to become a music teacher and before now I have known very
little theory and as I learn more about it so many things in music make
sence but at the same time it makes me question other things. As with
anything the more information you know about a subject the more you can do
with it. The main thing is you can't let your music become so theory based
that you forget the part of the heart and that music is fun.
I am a percussionist so my reading is not the best but I am learning
quicky..and it makes learning other instruments much easier.
