Subject: Re: [AN1x] Ribbon Controller Assign follow up

Sorry...my own fault, I hadn't been paying attention and then I saw this and
perked up.
Is this in regard to when you assign some parameter to the ribbon controller
that
actually you always want to have the same value but want to "jiggle" a
little with the ribbon?

Cause I, still relatively a newbie in synth programming, have sometimes
tended to use parameters that while they sound cool on the ribbon, often am
unlucky and when I let go I have the parameter in a state that makes the
patch bad....

So I really would love a switch to tell it that when I stop using the
ribbon, go back to a set value.
Was there supposedly a way to do that, but it doesn't work or was there
never plans for it?

Sorry for coming in so late in the thread....I have been in "delete mode"
lately and it is entirely my own fault.

Thanks,

Jim
