If I had the money I would hire someone to build my dream synth.

In addition to a standard keyboard, it has a 21" color LCD touch screen.
The screen is a complete real time graphic user interface with
mouse/drawing pad, jog dial, and qwerty keyboard.

There are 1000 preset "sampled" instruments from all over the world and
another 1000 drum/percussion presets all in memory.

It uses real physical modeling:
You select an instrument and it is rendered in 3-D in minute detail on the
main screen.
In real time you can:

Highlight any part of the instrument and you can change it's material ( for
example, differents types of wood, metal, plastic, etc...) and the sound
will change accordingly in real time.

Select any area or part of the instrument and you can click and drag to
change the shape and size of that part and the sound will change
accordingly....in real time of course.

Real time control is aslo available via 36 assignable control sliders and
another 36 assignable rotary pots. Each controller has it's own LCD that
displays whatever parameter it is assigned.

Other parameters such as thickness, resonance, room size (effects) can be
assigned to the controllers for real time adjustment.
All changes are recordable and can be stored as user presets that can be
assigned to any controller.

You can also create an instrument from scratch by simply drawing it on the
screen, rendering it in 3-d and assigning it's physical characteristics.
Or you can import certain types of vectorized images too . (There's an
internal DVD burner...I forgot to mention)

It's my dream,
you can steal it but if you do you have to promise to build one for me too.
