I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND a Nord Micro-Modular. You can get them secondhand-
next to nothing- just be warned, your life tends to tick away a lot quicker
when you start messing with this little baby!!!
Just to make you lot a bit jealous, I just got a brand new, fully expanded
E-mu E4X on eBay for $325!!! (the same people are also selling an E-Synth and
another E4X, both with a very low reserve price right now!- Just put E-mu in
the eBay search engine).
