...and to answer your other question - it didn't seem to make any
difference on my AN1x whether it had a chance to 'warm up' or
not - the problem was consistant. I've never been able to
reconcile the reports of the problem disappearing when the
AN1x had been on for a few days - there were too many reports
to the contrary...
